The Escalade IQ arrived as a 2025 model, launching alongside the combustion Escalade rather than replacing it. The most relevant considerations are software maturity and feature enablement, since early GM Ultium vehicles received significant over-the-air updates; the state of the infotainment and charging software on a specific car matters.
Germany and Europe
The most important difference is charging.
Typical work includes enabling or fitting a rear fog lamp, confirming EU-legal indicators and headlight beam pattern, converting displays to kilometres, and documenting the high-voltage system and charging arrangement for individual approval.
